Hi Chip,

So nice to hear from you.  My Marina house has been rented for 16 months and so far so good, nice tenants that seem to be taking care of the house.  I have received your updates and newsletter since buying the house and have found so much useful information.  Thank you for keeping me on the list for all this time.  Buying the house was such a good decision, I still thank you for helping me make it happen.

When I bought the house my plan was to sell it when my daughter went to college.  But, the market was so depressed, I decided to keep it as long as I could rent it and make ends meet.

At some point I will probably sell it.  Don’t know exactly when.  It seems like it will be around four years or so before the value begins to appreciate and the housing market looks better.
